My washer doesn't drain completely I have to go back to drain and spin after cycle is done. There is nothing restricting the drain.what do you think?
For model number WTW4955HW2
Hello Ronald, Thank you for reaching out. This sounds like the water is taking to long to drain and by time the drain cycle timer is done there is still water left in the drum. A slow drain could be caused by a faulty Drain pump if it is already confirmed there is no blockage in the pump and hose. We hope this is helpful!
Washer will not complete fill cycle. It will start and stop fill multiple times and then shuts down.
For model number WTW4955HW2
Hello Brad, thank you for your question. We recommend checking the inlet valve PS11773194 and the fill hoses PS1487205. If they are clogged, clean them with a brush (an old toothbrush works great) and mild soap and water. Good luck with your repair.
Hello James, thank you for getting in touch. A washing machine that jumps during the spin cycle is usually caused by an unbalanced load, improper leveling, or worn suspension rods, part number PS12349409. If the washer is unbalanced or not level properly, you will need to replace the suspension rods to fix the issue. We hope this helps.
Washer passes sensing fill goes into wash and beeps every second but wont leave that cycle
For model number WTW4955HW2
Hello Todd, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the control board, part number PS16744868, to solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!
ordered hub and it shipped quickly. I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand. Buttoned it back up and got caught up on laundry. good day when the washer is fixed.
Replaced the gears that were eaten up, the retainer and the actuated. All parts but the spring are plastic. Did all according to your instructions. Happy to report all went well. Washer is working again.
