Our dryer isn’t heating. Vents are clear. Any suggestions? Thank you

Thank you for your question. If the dryer is not heating, we recommend checking the heating element for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. Before removing and checking this part, unplug the dryer from the electrical outlet. If you receive a reading of infinity when testing the heating element, it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
The repair was simple. I removed the front door, hinges, front metal panel, door rubber seal, top control panel, and rear panel of machine. Removed the existing drain pump and replaced with a new one. Removed both existing shocks and installed new ones, Reassembled the machine and everything worked just perfectly.
