Can't get my child lock off
For model number WT901CF
Hello Kelly, Thank you for the question. To turn the Child Lock feature off, press and hold the CHILD LOCK button for 3 to 5 seconds. The washer should now have Child Lock mode Disabled and all buttons will function properly. We hope this helps!

Tub has dropped /dislodged from caseing / inner frame while washing

Hello Inez, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the suspension rod assembly, part number PS11759942. It supports the wash tub and keeps it stable during unbalanced loads. We would recommend replacing it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
1-Take water off manually. 2- Take machine to back yard. 3- lay machine 45 degrees. 4- Located water bump, (rear left side). 5-removed drain black hoses with hand. 6-removed 3 screws from bump frame. 7-Taker off all unit and marked down cable position at plug. 8- installed new pump. 9- Reverse all steps. Note: I did not use new cable supplied with the new bump, I did not want to mess around on mother board connections, I kept old wire harness which are only two cables blue and gray. It took me less than 30 minutes.
Very close to the installation video online at Parts Select. Removed the back panel, unclipped the hose from the inner fitting and replaced with the rear hose. Why it didn;t leak on the inside is interesting as there was no clip on the at the inner fitting. The one difference from the existing install video online was that I didn't have to tip the washer over ~75 degs before replacing. I instead found that I could put to cinder blocks under the back edge to replace the drain hose. This made the job quicker without having to worry about having a box for it to rest on (with any risk of falling to the floor).
