Does the Pulsator cap need to be removed in order to pick up extraneous items /debris?
the CL code fix is not specific enough.
Electric connect is ok; circuit breaker is ok..... what's going on???
For model number WT7150CW
Hello Gerald, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, you may need to remove the pulsator cap if you want to clean the wash plate. The error code CL indicates that the control lock function is activated. Press and hold the extra rinse button for 3 seconds to deactivate this function. We hope that helps!

Doesn't start when you push start button

Hi Curt,
Thank you for your question. If your washer will not start, we recommend checking the door lock assembly and the electronic control board. Before removing and checking these parts, unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. For the door lock assembly, you will need to check it for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting to see if it is operating normally. First check to see if you can operate it mechanically and to see if the levers and actuators are damaged or sticking. If you can operate lid lock assembly mechanically, test it with the multimeter. You should receive a reading of zero. If you get any other reading you will need to replace the lid lock assembly. When checking the electronic control board, check it for signs of damage, wear, scorching, or burn marks. If it shows any of these signs, you will need to replace the electronic control board. We hope this helps!
Hello! I am looking to replace the "Control Board" on this LG Washer. The control board is located at the top, rear of the machine, and inside of the Control Panel. The "touch" selections (to the right of the round center knob) no longer work when pressing to select a new washing function.

Hi Art, thank you for reaching out. The control board that you are looking for is part number PS16551768. It is the same part that will help you fix your issue. We hope this helps.
My washer is not draining completely and I get an OE error code. I pulled the drain pump and it wasn’t clogged or blocked. I checked the hoses and there are no blockages. I reinstalled the pump, still didn’t work. I replaced the pump, still have the same problem. I reset the washer and I ran the diagnostic tests. The test gets stuck on T5 and then starts making a singing sound until I shut it off. The drum spins during diagnostics, but when I run it normally, the spin light will be on but the drum isn’t spinning. None of this makes any sense and any help is appreciated!

Hello Chad, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, the OE error code indicates that the washer is experiencing a draining problem. As you have already replaced the drain pump and checked the hoses, we would recommend replacing the electronic control board, part number PS16551768, to fix the issue. It manages the washer's functions such as filling, washing, draining and spinning. We hope this solves your problem!
raised the front of washer by hand (literally) and placed two 2x4 blocks under front lip for support. reached up inside washer cabinet and unscrewed the broken leg piece upwards into the cabinet. this was the only way I could get the broken piece out without some specialized tool to reach it from the underside. replacement with the new leg was a breeze.
Very close to the installation video online at Parts Select. Removed the back panel, unclipped the hose from the inner fitting and replaced with the rear hose. Why it didn;t leak on the inside is interesting as there was no clip on the at the inner fitting. The one difference from the existing install video online was that I didn't have to tip the washer over ~75 degs before replacing. I instead found that I could put to cinder blocks under the back edge to replace the drain hose. This made the job quicker without having to worry about having a box for it to rest on (with any risk of falling to the floor).
