Can the door seal be replaced

I can not get the filter to turn, it has been 6 months i need to replace it. Are there any methods i should use? I have tried to turn it counterclockwise it will not turn off.

Hello Frank, thank you for your question. Ensure the compartment door is open completely. Depending on how the shelves are arranged you may need to remove the shelf that is located just below the water filter compartment. Turn the filter counterclockwise, to the left, and pull it straight out. If it will not remove and is seized on completely, you may have to replace the water filter housing assembly. It looks like one of the lights in the top of the refrigerator is out. Where can I get a replacement bulb and how to change it

Hello Debotah, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, the LED light bulb is part# PS12349398. To change it, you would remove the light cover, which is held in place by a screw and tabs. Remove the screw and slide the cover to remove it. Good luck with your repair.
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
Removed the fruit & veggie drawers & the deli (pantry) drawer. Took out the 3 screws, removed the attached parts, put them on the replacement part, reattached it and put the drawers back in.
Here's the part I want to share: PartSelect had a expanded diagram showing the correct part and sufficiently detailed to figure out the repair before the part arrived. That's why I ordered from them. Secondly, I ordered the part Thursday morning--and the thing was sitting on my porch when I came back in from my evening out Saturday--2 days later!!!
Remove food off of lower shelf, remove the two produce drawers, remove large lower drawer, remove glass shelf, remove three screws holding end cap in place. Once end cap was removed the drawer track could be removed and placed on new end cap. Installation of new end cap took less than 5 minutes. Most of the time spent was removing/replacing food and cleaning the shelf/bins. PartSelect was awesome BTW!
