Why does my new refrigerator stink? We have cleaned the thing three times top to bottom and can’t get rid of the stink!

Hi Steve, thank you for contacting us. We have researched and found that the newly purchased products may have a particular plastic odor. The refrigerators are boxed and stored at the time of manufacture. Odors caused by manufacturing are trapped inside the packaging as it is not sufficiently ventilated. Once it is installed and used at home, the smell gradually disappears. We hope this information helps!
