Washer will not stop filling with water.

Hi Maria, Thank you for your question. If the washer will not stop filling with water, we recommend checking both the water inlet valves and the water level pressure switch and pressure hose to see which part is causing the issue. Before removing and checking these parts, unplug the washer from the electrical outlet. For the water inlet valves, you will need to test them for continuity with a multimeter on the Rx1 setting. You should receive a reading between 500 and 1500 ohms. If you receive any other reading, you will need to replace the water inlet valves. When checking the water level pressure switch hose, plug one end of the air dome tube, submerge it in water, and blow into the other end. An undamaged hose will not have any bubbles coming out of it. Inspect the hose and the valve for any signs of cracking, wear, or damage. If any issues are found when performing the checks above, you may need a replacement water level switch. We hope this helps!

Water leaking on to floor.
Remove springs from front of door fold gasket in to drum to see the other spring that holds the gasket in place. When putting new gasket in use a little soap to help the gasket go easy. Then just reverse your steps. Hards thing is putting the springs back on.
