I'm looking for the knob but the only one I see is a white knob on the diagram but I would need a black knob for the model listed.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you for contacting us. We would suggest checking the oven temperature sensor, part number PS11749737. It works together with the oven control board to measure and regulate the oven temperature. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
