I was pre-heating the oven to 375, and the oven vent hole in the left rear stove drip bowl was covered inadvertently. I believe it caused the oven to overheat, and the appliance quit, stove stopped heating, breaker tripped. I went outside to the electrical panel and switched the breaker back on again, and the clock briefly flashed on, then off again where it has remained. Is there a re-set button on the stove? We tested the power from the panel to the stove, and there is full power, but the stove's wires did not have power. Thanks for your help.
For model number WFC130M0AW0
Hello Janice, thank you for the question. We have found that the issue is with the safety thermostat, part number PS11740991. It acts as a safety device which prevents your appliance from overheating. We would recommend replacing the safety thermostat to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
