Hello Eric, Thank you for the question. We suggest testing the Internal-Bias Thermostat PartSelect Number PS11746740. The reading for the internal bias thermostat should read zero. If it is not zero then you will have to replace the thermostat. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
I need part to reverse the dryer door and instructions. It currently bolted on the right side; I want to move to left.

Hello Darlene, Thank you for the question. Remove the screws that hold the hinge to the washer front. After the screws are all out completely, lift on the door and the door and hinge will come off. Now lay the door assembly on a soft surface like a towel or somewhere the door and the surface will not get damaged. Remove the screws holding the hinge to the door. Screw the door hinge to the door on the opposite side of the door to reverse the opening direction and reverse steps to reinstall the door. You can use the same hinge for left and right side, however you will need a Left Side Hinge Cover, Manufacturer Part Number W10180119. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
A while back I replace the dryer repair kit and it was working fine. About a month ago the drum will not turn as if the pulley was not strong enough to move it or if it got stuck. I sometime move the drum manually and it gave it enough power to move it slow but had to add more time to the dryer in order to dry the clothes. Unfortunately, this cause the belt to brake. What part/s should I replace besides the belt of course. Thanks

Hi Marilyn, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, we would first recommend making sure that there is power coming to the dryer. If there is no power issue but the dryer still does not turn on, then you may need to check the thermal fuse, part number PS991443, as it has most likely blown and may need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
Received your parts, Popped them both right into place, Even though only one side needed to be replaced, I wanted them to match up. It was amazing how easy this was. My husband was quite impressed I had ordered these rather then look for either a new or used dryer from some other source.
I can't believe I waited so long to find this part and do this. I got the package very fast, opened it, took the piece to my dryer and popped it into place with my fingers. It worked perfectly! this took all of two minutes and saved me from having to hold the dryer door closed with a stick. Thank you, thank you!!!
