The dishwasher wouldn't heat up and I saw the heating element was burned through so I replaced it but it still won't dry the dishes. The water is warm but the dishes are still soaking wet. Should I get a new electrical board.

Hello Michael, Thank you for the question. If it is just the Spray Arm that attaches to the Upper Rack that is not spraying water, we suggest checking the Holes in the arm to make sure they are not clogged. We also suggest checking the Spray Arm Manifold to make sure it is properly seated in the Feed tube at the back of the tub so it is getting proper water supply. We hope this helps!
Once the dishwasher starts the cycle, it goes to the last stage draining and drying without going through a complete cycle. It takes like 15 min and the light remains on. We open, the soap is still there, the dishes are not clean but dry. We tried the diagnostic test( resetting the program) the clean button flashed many times and nothing changed. Please advice.

Hello Hani, thank you for contacting us. The most probable culprits of the issue are a faulty overfill switch, part number PS11750031, and a defective control board, part number PS12704672. If the dishwasher is not getting enough water, the overfill is the most likely culprit. If this is not the case the control board needs to be checked. It manages the functions of the dishwasher such as washing, draining and drying. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!
Hi, I have Whirlpool dishwasher, the original when the house was built in 2019. The dishwasher will start running when the "Start" button is pressed. However, about half to three fourths of the way through the cleaning process, the dishwasher will flip the breaker and cut off in cycle. I am looking for information on what to troubleshoot and determine what is causing excess current to flip the breaker. Any suggestions is appreciated. Thanks!

I called an experienced plumber, who balanced and installed my new dishwasher properly, using the brackets I ordered from Parts Select, after an INEXPERIENCED plumber had tossed the factory-provided mounting brackets out with the shipping carton. Relief!
My filters had completely clogged up and had not cleaned my filters at all which was a no-no.I had lots of food left on the dishes after running my dishwasher, so I took bothp filters out and replaced them no tools required. I won’t be using powdered or liquid detergent for my dishwasher anymore only pods and promise to clean my filters once a month, so hopefully that’ll help keep them clean. Very easy replacement even for an old woman.
