How to enter and move thru diagnostic mode wa50k8600av/aa?
For model number WA50K8600AV
Hello Jorge, Thank you for the question. To enter diagnostic mode, press Soil, Signal, & Power simultaneously with the power off. All LED's light up and the washer beeps as it enters the Quick Test Mode. The unit displays the software version. After the displaying the software version, turn Jog dial CCW until version disappears. We hope this helps!

Top Load washer would not drain to complete spin cycle.
Though I could hear and feel the drain pump running, the washer would not drain. This model does not have a filter for the drain pump. I lowered the discharge hose from the stand up pipe on the wall, and lowered it to the floor. Water ran right out, so no blockage in the drain system. After removing the inlet and outlet hoses to the pump, a quick inspection showed the impeller on the motor was off the shaft and flopping around. Bingo, motor runs but cant pump.
Ordered from Partselect and received in ONE DAY. I really didn't want to go back to it that soon, but they certainly did their part. Ha. Thank you all. Greg

Washer will not drain
Went to YouTube video and followed instructions.
Hardest part was making sure water from hose does not flood floor while taking it off from water pump and letting water drain in bucket.

washer was unbalance
I call Part Select and spoke with Shawn in March ,2023 ,i told him what the washer had the problem , Shawn explained to me and order 4 Suspension Rod for me , we changed them after received it and works perfect.
I had ordered the part for our refrigerator and another washer before, when we changed the parts , it worked perfect , that is why i order the parts for our appliance when we need from PARTS SELECT
