Reg wash blinking red on front facing control pannel. Unit will not start. Trying to troubleshoot whether it's the door latch, power control unit or control panel. I hhave tried resetting with no luck. Looking most probable cause. Have not tried a hard reset yet. Will try that soon as i can. Any suggestion?. thanks, lee
For model number SHE4AM15UC/03
Hello Lee, Thank you for your inquiry. The blinking red light indicates that the door is not latched, so it could be the door latch or the control board. You can test the latch with a multimeter and if that tests okay for continuity, then replace the control board. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. Good luck with your repair.

Cannot change cycle option
For model number SHE4AM15UC/03
Hi Joe, thank you for contacting us. Your dishwasher might be stuck in the middle of a wash cycle, which will not allow to change the wash cycle. All you need to do to reset the stuck wash cycle is to press the Reset button for three to five seconds. Look for the Start button on the control panel and press it for at least three seconds before releasing with the door tightly closed. If the dishwasher responds after a few seconds with a pump or motor movement, it means it was stuck on a paused wash cycle. We hope this information is helpful.

We let this go for a shameful amount of time before I decided I could probably fix it. The roller broke so you could only pull it out about halfway or it would come off the track. I looked up the part, and bought it. Actually bought two in case it happened again. When I arrived I looked at how it was put together on the other side and then just basically pushed it onto the rod and it was fixed. I am ashamed it took so long to do it. Never be afraid to try it yourself. It was a total of $10 shipped to fix it.
replacing the sensor was simple, just unplug and turn it out, but didn't solve the problem, it's a float sensor that doesn't show up on the tech sheet in the dishwasher or anywhere in troubleshooting on the internet I could find.
Remove the dishwasher from under the counter. Remove door springs. On the inside of the lip of the door remove the 6 screws that hold the outer door panel on, and remove panel. this will expose hinge screws. Remove the two screws per side holding the inner door to the hinge assembly. Take pictures of the way the gasket's grey plastic end cap assembles between the inner door frame and the hinge, and remove the inner door. The old gasket has a channel lip that sits on the plastic edge of the washer tub, pull it off this lip and discard. Install new gasket and put it all back together! Use this opportunity to clean the gunk out of the upper door seals.
