J'ai un code d'erreur ''E09'' qui apparait à la fin du cycle de nettoyage. Que dois-je faire? À noter que tout fonctionne tràs bien mais pourquoi ai-je ce code ?
I have an error code ''E09'' which appears at the end of the cleaning cycle. What should I do? Note that everything works very well but why do I have this code?
For model number SHE3AR75UC
Hello Guy, thank you for writing in. The E09 usually means a faulty heater PS11724988. Bosch does not use a heating element to dry the dishes for energy savings reasons. Good luck.
Bonjour Guy, merci de nous avoir écrit. Le E09 signifie généralement un chauffage défectueux PS11724988. Bosch n'utilise pas d'élément chauffant pour sécher la vaisselle pour des raisons d'économie d'énergie. Bonne chance.
Hello, What does the number mean after the model number for Bosch SHE3AR75UC? I need to order a drain pump, but there are 2 different models. How do I know which one I need?
For model number SHE3AR75UC
Hello Patrice, Thank you for contacting us. The number after the backslash after the model number is simply the revision number. The newer the dishwasher, the higher the revision number will be. We would be happy to verify the correct drain pump for you if you can provide the revision number after the model number for your dishwasher. We look forward to hearing from you.

We let this go for a shameful amount of time before I decided I could probably fix it. The roller broke so you could only pull it out about halfway or it would come off the track. I looked up the part, and bought it. Actually bought two in case it happened again. When I arrived I looked at how it was put together on the other side and then just basically pushed it onto the rod and it was fixed. I am ashamed it took so long to do it. Never be afraid to try it yourself. It was a total of $10 shipped to fix it.
This was the third time I replaced a fill valve in a Bosch diswasher, twice in this unit and once in a previous unit. I read the installation hints on your web site and want to add the following suggestion.
The notes on your web site say you can remove the valve from behind the toe face and pull it out to reach the hose and plug. I found that the Bosch designers called for both the hose and wire to on the short side. I found that pulling the dishwasher forward 6" to 9" allows you to access these connections from the side at least to hold them while making the connection. I hope this helps. Thank you, Bill
Turn off water, disconnect power cord, remove front kickplate. Remove 2 screws that hold the water inlet valve, pull it out, disconnect electrical connection, disconnect water supply.. Check the inlet valve with volt-ohm meter for continuity. If it is good, then the valve is stuck shut. The ohm reading should be in the 900-1100 range. Replace valve, installation is the reverse.
