For model number RSG257AARS/XAA
Hi Ilona,
Thank you for your question. If your freezer is not freezing, you will need to check the temperature control and the electronic control board. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. If the ice maker is making too much ice, there may be an issue with the water inlet valve, the water pressure may be too low, there is an issue with the ice chute, or the ice level arm is malfunctioning. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
