Why do I have water leaking out the front of my refrigerator at the bottom. Also the icemaker isn't working.

Hello Heather, thank you for reaching out. Check the water supply lines behind the refrigerator for any signs of damage, kinks, or blockages. Make sure the lines are securely connected to the refrigerator and the water supply. The water valve can become faulty, causing leaks and icemaker issues. Check the water valve for any signs of damage or corrosion. We would suggest checking it, the part number is PS4146914. We hope this solves your problem!

After waiting 6 weeks for a repair company to get the part, I ordered it from you and got it within days. The first company I had never heard of the problem. The second company stalled as said they could not get part. I got the part quickly from you, and I had another repair company do the damper installation which was done quickly. And now after 2 months of having only a freezer, not a refrigerator, I am thrilled. I will always recommend your company for parts. The part was perfect, installed easily by the right company and I happily have a functioning refrigerator.
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray*** Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
