Im experiencing a defrosting issue in the freezer. Water will pool at the bottom of the freezer, then freeze and about once a week, it will defrost to the point where water is leaking out the bottom of the freezer door onto the floor. What is a possible fix?
For model number PYE18HBLGKTS
Hello Eric, Thank you for the question. The water is normal to have during the defrost cycle, however it should be draining into the evaporator pan under the appliance to evaporate. We suggest checking the drain tube and cleaning it out with a pipe cleaner as you may have a blockage. We hope this solves your problem!
