Stove knobs will not turn in order to turn on. One out of four will turn. Think they are stuck but I tried water and oil.
For model number PGP976SET1SS
Hello Miguel, thank you for getting in touch. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the knobs to solve the problem. Damaged or malfunctioning knobs can most probably cause this problem. All the knobs for your model have the same part number PS11721433. You may need to order them individually. We hope this helps!

This was not really a repair. Just replacement. The burner caps get discolored rather quickly and nothing removed the stains. I'm thrilled to have replacements on hand.
Removed the old caps, replaced them with the new ones.

burner would not light properly and flame uneven around the burner
determined that the top of the burner was melted and malformed. Repair was simple: lifted off the damaged burner and slipped the new one in place.
