Stopped dispensing water and making ice when filter is installed! Stopped working, bought new filter and still would not work! Using without filter at the moment! What do i need to do?

Hello Richard, thanks for your question! We would recommend changing the filter housing, as changing the filter did not fix the issue and ruled out the filter being the problem. It is most likely an issue with the connection to the water filter in the housing. We hope this helps, and good luck with your repair!

Replacing Maytag MSF22C2EXW00 refrigerator side door cams. I am ordering both the upper and lower (the door and case side) cams. Why do you recommend an extra screw? Will not the existing ones be OK?

Hi Peter, thank you for contacting us. The closing cams for your model are part number PS11752991, and part number PS11739042. They are sold individually. If the screw is fine, then we would recommend using the existing screw. We hope this information helps!
Thanks to the pictorial diagram, I was able to order correct parts. It was just a matter of removal of broken parts and replacing them. Ice maker now working and air is no longer getting into freezer which was freezing up ice maker. Thanks for timely delivery, now I am able to use ice dispenser, which I haven't used for long time. Thanks
