My wife noticed in the freezer that the food wasn’t froze. I felt in there feels cold and thought possibly someone left door open? Gonna let it run over night and see if froze in morning. Was wondering what your thoughts are when I feel in freezer feels like it’s putting out fairly cold. And normal fridge side seems to be cooling as milk is cold etc yet. If door wasn’t completely shut for some reason which is what I hope. But if it’s something else what would you suspect?

If this is not the problem, then based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend checking the freezer door gasket, part number PS1960725, to solve the problem. A worn-out freezer door gasket can most likely cause this problem. We hope this helps!
