I hit a tough clump of grass; now the motor runs but the blade doesn't turn. Can I fix this?

Hello Sara, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, the blades might have gotten loose due to the tough clump of grass. We would recommend replacing the spacers, part number PS9872253, and tightening the fan and blades to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
