Lawn mower had no grass bag
PartSelect described the bag as fitting the MM2000 lawn mower. In fact, the bag provides now way to secure the bag to the MM2000 mower. I have modified the bag with a wire frame to keep it open, and I will try to use bungee cords to keep the bag secured to the mower. Considering that the bag costs more than 1/3rd the price of a brand new mower, this experience has convinced me not to trust the part description provided by the PartSelect web site.

Mower blade would not turn and motor made noises with switch turned on.
Removed covers, blade, and brake assembly. Cut away heat shrink from two motor wires and disconnected electrical quick connects. Installed brake assembly. Slid new heat shrink (not provided with new brake assembly) over wires before connecting. Connected quick connects and used heat to shrink heat shrink tubes. Installed covers and blade. Issue resolved -- mower serviceable. Analysis of brake assembly failure: after disassembly of brake assembly, discoved that 6001ZZ electric motor shielded ball bearing was seized, likely due to dust infiltration. Brake and belt appeared to be in working condition.
