Everything was working fine, but all of a sudden, we got a code of f6 on the display and it would run continuously unless we unplugged it. We can't type in anything-- cook time, clock, nothing. If it's plugged in, it's running and the code is there. If it's plugged in and the door is open, the fan runs. Can we reset it or try something?

The F6 error indicates a relay on the control has failed. You can try to unplug the microwave for a few minutes and then try it again.
We suggest to try a hard reset:
Go to your breaker box and shut the breakers for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and then turn the breaker to on again. That should hopefully clear this problem.
If the error repeats then the control will have to be replaced. Microwaves are not good do-it-yourself projects and I recommend a technician check and repair this problem. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

Purchased new part online. Partselect parts list indicated 3 different part numbers with no other distinction. As a result, I accidentally ordered the wrong color. I had to mail the part back and reorder. Partselect should correct their parts lists to indicate the color of the part. Once I had the right part, installation was simple.
