How do i remove the drawer above the freezer to clean underneath it?
For model number MFX2570AEM4
Hello and thank you for writing.
Open the freezer drawer until it stops.
The freezer basket rests on a frame inside the freezer drawer. Lift the basket up at the back.
Lift the front up and lift the entire basket up and out of the drawer.
Remove the screw from the inside of each railing.
Lift up on both sides of the freezer drawer handle to separate the drawer railings from the rail assemblies.
Set the drawer front on a non-scratching surface and push the rail assemblies back into the locking position.

Ice dispenser door won't open or close on it's own

Hello Jeannette, thank you for contacting us. The most probable cause of the issue is a faulty ice dispenser solenoid, part number PS11752532. It shifts the ice container deflector to dispense crushed ice or cubed ice. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. The fridge stopped working at all the only thing working is the inside lights , no fans , no condenser , no front display lights . Is this a problem with the main control board?

Hello Stephen, thank you for reaching out. You can easily remove the freezer drawer by following these steps:
1. Open the drawer to full extension.
2. Loosen the top screws attaching the drawer glide brackets to the drawer front.
3. Remove the two bottom screws attaching the drawer glide brackets to the drawer front.
4. Lift the drawer front up and off the top screws.
5. Slide the drawer glides out of the compartment.

Hola Rafael, gracias por escribir. Si la máquina de hielo no se llena de agua, sugerimos reemplazar el filtro de agua si no se ha reemplazado en los últimos 6 meses. Si el filtro tiene menos de 6 meses, es posible que tenga una válvula de entrada de agua defectuosa. ¡Esperamos que esto ayude!
Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear. This gave me move 'room' to grip and slightly rotate then pull the old filter forward and away from the tight suction connection. I was concerned that I would be too forceful for the plastic assemblies and would break something; deliberate motions and a steady thought process on the problem helped disengage the darned old filter!
