I have contacted Dacor repeatedly with no response, by both phone and left my return contact and email. I could not be more disappointed in Dacor. All this for a problem which is listed as a home maintenance issue. A light bulb for $41.77 that I cannot install.
didn't know if this was going to fix it, but i ordered a bake element anyway from a very frendly and knowledgeable lady in nova scotia whom i couldn't talk into coming down here to install it for me, but when the element arrived, i removed the oven door and removed the two grates, removed 2 screws from the element in the back of the oven and pulled out the element. then hooked up the 2 wires to the new element and then had a slight problem getting the 2 screws reassembled, but got it done. pam prayed, and then baked some bread and it worked perfectly. i'm quite satisfied with one more problem solved!!! ready for the next one!!!
