Forced the drawer open and removed it, 4 screws. Found bearings on on one side severely corroded and locked up. Only hard part was determining which side it was. Ordered the left, my left looking at the washer. Wrong!it was the washers right looking back at me.
Removed drawer, unscrewed right side rail and replaced it with new rail. I used only a Phillips head screw driver. Warning: when ordering the rails, be aware, the rail labeled for the right side of the drawer actually goes on the left and vise versa.
