There is a crack in the Plastic part of the bottom shelf which holds the fruit and vegetables bins.The glass is intact but the bins can no longer be attached under the shelf.Is this part available.

We bought this refrigerator used no warrantee. The freezer worked but the refrigerator did not cool enough. When we took off the panel in the freezer we discovered the fan was disconnected. After we thawed the built up ice we noticed that the plug on the fan does not seem to fit anything? Where should it plug in?

Hi Linda, thank you for contacting us. The wire harness connection of the evaporator fan motor, part number PS3579388, is at the back panel of the freezer compartment. Locate the wire harness port, and insert it into that port. After that, the fan might start running. We hope this solves your problem!
Video makes it look easy. Kenmore refrigerator does not have "groove" along the right hand side of switch that allows for pushing down on release. Used a thin screwdriver to get under to push while holding switch edge with pliers. Kept slipping. Tape sides to avoid scratching inside of refrigerator.
We've had issues with this LG LTCS24223S refrigerator's gaskets since we've bought it.
The repair was simple with no tools required.
I simply pryed out the old gasket and replaced with new one. It's an easy fix now we'll see how it works as far as keeping the frost from building up inside.
