r front burner works only high, do not come down to middle or low

Hello Antonio, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the right front burner rotary switch, part number PS11761169. It turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps, good luck with this repair!
We had made this determination with the help of a repairman on the phone. I ordered the part and waited for it. It was stuck in West Virginia. After several days after it was expected a repairman fixed my range to the tune of $168. It should have cost $30 (the cost of the part and shipping). Unfortunately I probably won't order from PartSelect again.
