We get a tik-a tik-a tik-a sound both when the compressor is running and when it is off. More noticeable when the door is open on the refrigerator. Thoughts? Thanks!

Hi Joe, thank you for reaching out. The start relay, part number PS4704897, that controls the compressor can produce a ticking sound as it switches on and off. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
