Hi Ben, Thank you for your question. If your refrigerator is too warm, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the run capacitor, the evaporator fan motor and the condenser fan motor. You will find the information on how to test these parts under Free Repair Help and Instant Repairman on our website. We hope this helps! Good luck with the repair!

Why is water collecting on shelves mainly on the right side and in right bin and under right bin. Freezer, ice maker and fridge all working fine.
For model number LFHT1831QF3
PartSelect logo
Hello Jolene, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Drain Tube. If the drain tube is clogged or backed up the water from the defrost cycle will not be able to drain into the evaporator pan and back up onto the shelves. We hope this solves your problem!

The refrigerator door does not close completely. I have to push the door closed each time it is opened. Do you think this is a hinge issue or the insulation strip?
For model number LFHT1831QF3

Hello Richard, thank you for your question. It could be several items causing the door not closing. Inspect the Single Washer PS899288, Lower Hinge Bracket PS1525944, Hinge Bearing PS11770609 and the Door Gasket PS9493822. We hope this helps.

Where is the drip pan in my refrigerator? The back of the refrigerator is enclosed, nothing visible. There is water on the inside shelves and don't know what to do.
For model number LFHT1831QF3
PartSelect logo
Hello Beverly, than you for your inquiry. The Drip or Defrost pan is located underneath the unit PS6448035. On some models, inside the unit, usually the hole can be found at the base of the back wall, with ridges leading down towards it to guide beads of moisture down the drain tube PS430889 to the pan. On other units, they are located behind the refrigerator's rear panel, near the evaporator coils. Unplug the refrigerator, unscrew the rear panel and use a turkey baster to flush the tube with hot water, breaking up icy clogs. We hope this helps
