It won’t turn on what should I do?

Hi Todd, Thank you for reaching out. If the Dehumidifier powers on but sill not start, we suggest cleaning the filter and coils. Make sure the Float is not obstructed and the bucket is not full. If they are all clear, you may have a faulty Sensor or Control Board. We hope this information helps!
