After sitting on my kitchen counter for nearly 42 years the rubber feet left foot prints.
We:
tipped the mixer over on its side
pulled the old feet off
put the new feet in place and pounded them w/our fists
set it back up on its new feet
smiled

Old seal was worn and stained.
Removed old seal; tucked new seal into place. Took seconds. What impressed me was how easy it was to order and how quickly it arrived. PartSelect.com is now my "go to" for future parts needs.

Lost a rubber foot on my Kitchen Aid mixer. The remaining feet we're hard and mushroomed. I decided to replace all 5. That was the correct decision.
I griped each foot with a pliers and twisted it out of its setting. I then set a new foot in place and hammered it into place with a small hammer. The feet fit snugly and did not need to be glued. Job was easy and mixer sits like new. I was glad I spent the money to replace all of the feet at once.

seal failure - it broke
First I removed the new seal from its packaging. Then I placed it on the interior lid perimeter, carefully tucking the outer seal edge under the restraining tabs. It was a perfect fit. To celebrate, I made margaritas.
