KitchenAid double refrigerator drawers. It was turned off after alarm reset button would not respond after drinks were added. Then it would not turn back on. The light works and the control board displays off. I cut the electricity for more than 10 minutes to reset, but there was no change. Does the electric control in the top drawer need to be replaced, or could it be the electric control board in the liner?

Hi Kathleen, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, you may have an issue with the refrigerator temperature sensor, part number PS2344870. It senses the temperature inside the refrigerator and sends information to the electronic control. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. Good luck with your repair!
Hi Todd, thank you for your inquiry. To remove the drawers, you will need to pull the drawer out until it stops. Disengage the release levers on each side of the drawer glide. These levers may be a tab that needs to be pushed up or pulled, or a trigger that needs to be pulled towards you. Glad to be of help!
