Very slow brew coffee and brew only small amount, drying so much water, and brings out so much steam during brewing coffee

Hello Joey, thank you for your question. That issue is probably caused by an internal part. Unfortunately, the only replacement parts are the tank, basket, lid, etc. For more information on repair, please contact the manufacturer directly. I hope this helps.

Purchased a replacement carafe for Kitchen Aid model KCM1402. Was a bit skeptical as to whether this carafe would fit. It was a perfect fit, and I am a very happy customer. I can now use my $120 kitchen aid coffee maker again. This carafe will also fit kcm222 kcm223. I would highly recommend that you order your parts from this site
