the freezer is staying at a constant 14 degrees F (confirmed 0 thermostat in the freezer for 14+ days). The refrigerator is at 37 degrees F. No ice build up, icemaker works fine, seals are good (used paper all around freezer door to ck), & freezer door is aligned. Tried lowering the temp to -5 & resetting the temp at the sensor panel but neither worked; the freezer stays at 14 degrees. Reset the circuit breaker but that didn't resolve the issue. Not sure if I need to buy a thermister, fan blade, and/or another part. Help please!

Bottom freezer was warm, fridge still good we bought a thermistor from you and replaced. Freezer improved for a while and would go down to -13 but never lower. Ice cream still too soft and only worked well when half full. On thanksgiving weekend the temp plunged to 0 in freezer and stayed there. Fridge stays at 4 degrees most of time. We can hear the bottom fan running all the time.

Removed freezer drip tray. The back part of evaporator is frosted up this morning. Appears to be cycling through a defrost. The refrigerator is at 4 degrees, the freezer only 2 degrees. Evaporator fan is running. Thermistor was just replaced.

Ice Maker stopped working
With socket wrench un-screwed the 3 screws and pulled out the ice maker assembly.

Pulled off white plastic end-cap and noticed the plastic gear disk had snapped off (sub part # R0167202)

However, it is all-one-part of the motor assembly unit # w10190935 (part # PS2341896) which must be ordered as a complete part.

Unscrewed the motor assembly (3 screws) with phillips head screw driver.

Screwed in the new unit.

Placed ice maker back into location and tightend the bacing srews.

1 hour later ice was falling!
