Put acup in with material that melted and shut down my microwave

According to our research, you may need to check the following parts to fix the issue: the fuse, part number PS11763174, and the thermostat, part number PS11725252. If checking these does not fix the issue, then you may need to replace the magnetron, part number PS10059284. We hope this sorts out your problem!

The unbelievable happened. Our glass carousel cooking tray developed a crack. Each day the crack got longer. I ordered a new one on Tuesday and it arrived the next morning just before the cracked one completely cracked. I have never experienced such fast service.
