How do you replace the glass top on this stand alone stove? I cannot get any information.

Hi Theodore,
Thank you for your question. Here is some information that my help you to remove/install your cooktop. Some information may not be relevant to your stove, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. Before you begin any repair please unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet or turn the circuit breaker off. First open the oven door and then remove the 2 screws that hold the cooktop. Lift the cooktop up and slide it to one side in order to release it's rear hinges from the mounting brackets. Be careful as the part is heavy. Remove the hinges from the old cooktop. Secure the hinges on the new cooktop with the screws. Place the new cooktop assembly hinge into the opening on the side mounting bracket. Slide it into the opposite mounting bracket, check if it is properly installed and lower the cooktop. Secure it place with the 2 screws at the front. Close the door and restore power to the oven. restore power to the cooktop and everything should now work for you. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!
