The oven *seems* to switch to Broil when you are baking. Temp can be set to 325, and will jump to 500+. Another example, In “true Convection” mode, the manual states that the only burner utilized internal and that nothing else should come on yet on mine the upper burner comes on seemingly in broil mode. Any ideas or suggestions?

Oven heating temp not turning off at set temp/overheating
Removed the wall oven to access temp probe connector strapped to the back of the oven. removed 2 screws holding probe inside the oven & replaced. Searched for the "fixing kit" thermostat part I was suggested to replace along with the probe. No thermostat type part was found in my oven, even though Bosch says it fits "somewhere". Reinstalled the wall oven & tested. The temperature is working normal now. Will return the fixing kit.
