So i bought my washing machine 2 years ago from a couple that had just purchased it a month before and we’re moving. It worked well for the first while now i can’t get it to spin out my clothes at all. It washes it then spins at first then when it rinses the clothes out it won’t spin. I normally put it on drain and spin but it won’t even do that. A washing machine should last longer than that. Any suggestions thanks Rebecca

Hello Rebecca,
Thank you for your question. Our sources suggest replacing the drain pump under part PS12113390 if the washer isn't draining the water from the load correctly. We hope this helps.
Liquid fabric softener not draining during wash cycle
For model number GTW680BMK0DG
Hello Andrew, Thank you for the question. If the appliance does not have enough water pressure, the fabric softener will not drain. We suggest checking the screens on the valve to see if they need to be cleaned. Also check to make sure the fabric softener drawer is not clogged with build up. If the pressure going tot he appliance is good and everything is clean, you may need to replace the Water Inlet Valve. We hope this helps!
