WHY ARE THE ICE CUBES MELTING SO FAST? WE PUT A NEW FILTER IN LAST WEEK AND RAN LOTS OF WATER THRU IT BUT IT STILL HAS A HAZY
LOOK TO THE WATER. IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO TO CORRECT THIS?

Hello Yvonne, Thank you for your inquiry. If the ice in the ice maker or ice bucket is thawing, then you may have an issue with the defrosting system in your refrigerator. We would recommend checking the thermostat, the defrost heater, and the thermistor/temperature sensor. If you still have a hazy look to your water after installing a new filter, we also recommend checking the water inlet valves. You can test the parts with a multimeter.
