Dishwasher display was flashing while doing first part of quick wash cycle then turned off. Power to outlet is fine but no power to the display. Does this model have a thermal fuse and if so where is it located and how do I replace it?
For model number GPF400SGF1WW
Hello Lorne, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, your model does not have any thermal fuse. The issue is most probably with the power control board, part number PS12068998. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this helps!
Sounds like pump is running but no water going into unit. Troubleshoot please.
For model number GPF400SGF1WW
Hello Cindy, thank you for getting in touch. Make sure the water supply is on, and water pressure is not too slow. Check the water supply hose, the water supply hose can get kinked, blocking water flow. Inspect the water inlet valve, part number PS12311430. If the valve is blocked, clogged or there is debris, it can halt the flow of water. Also, check the water pressure switch, part number PS10063338. If this switch is faulty, it will not send the correct signal to the control board for water filling. We hope this helps.
Why is there condensation on the interior stainless steel door long after the dishwasher cycle. (ie. Like the next morning)
For model number GPF400SGF1WW
Hi Heather. It could be caused by leaving dishes inside too long. Some models just naturally have condensation and this is normal. I would contact the manufacturer for specifics about this model. Thank you for your question and good luck with your repair!
