Will not heat food, water etc all other functions work

Hi Pat, thank you for the question. Based on our understanding, we would suggest checking the high voltage diode, part number PS12365878. It is an electrical current control device inside the microwave. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
HI i bought this microwave model number listed above it was missing 1 long bolt that screws into the top of the cabnet into top of the microwave.

Hello Kerry, thank you for contacting us. The bolt you are looking for is only sold as part of the mounting kit, part number PS12365455. It is not listed separately. Good luck with the repair!
Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.
The diagnosis is about an hour. Coz, I need to open the control panel, got a tester, and trsted all critical parts inside the panel. Also, replaced the fuse just to make sure its a new one. Found out it was a switch (bottom part) that control the open/close of the microwave door.
When found out the problem, the rest of the work is easy.
