How do I get a replacement seal bottom and how to install it. The seal fell out of our dishwasher and I can't see how to replace it. Does the door have to be removed? Thanks

Why is it counting from 00-24 continuously in the display when the door is closed? And it will not turn on? Will not allow me to select options mode?
