For model number FRFG1723AV03
Hello Paul, thank you for reaching out. According to our research, your fridge uses a multi-function mullion assembly instead of traditional door switches. These sensors detect whether the door is open or closed and trigger alarms, lights, and other functions. If the alarm beeps, stops when you press on the doors but resumes shortly after closing, it may indicate a fault or misaligned mullion sensor. Checking or replacing the mullion assembly is the correct first step, the part number is PS16555642. We hope this solves your problem!

WATER FILTER EXPIRED
REPLACED WITH NEW.
HOWEVER, THE WATER FILTER INDICATOR STILL SAYS
'REPLACE'. THERE IS NO LEAKAGE, BUT IT APPEARS LIKE THE NEW CARTRIDGE IS NOT COMPLETELY INSERTED. I'VE TRIED REMOVING AND REPLACING THE NEW CARTRIDGE SEVERAL TIMES, BUT IT STILL SAYS 'REPLACE'.
INCIDENTALLY, THIS WAS THE SECOND ORDER OF THE CARTRIDGE AND LAST TIME I GOT TWO, AND THEY BOTH FIT FINE! WITH THIS ORDER I GOT JUST ONE.
