Hello Laura, thank you for reaching out. We have found some relevant instructions for replacing the door handle, part number PS12071383. You may follow the following steps:
1. Unplug the power cord or shut off the power supply.
2. Open the door and use a Phillips-head screwdriver to unthread the two screws securing the front vent. Use a putty knife to help pry off the vent.
3. Lift off the door and set it down on a towel or blanket. Use a putty knife to help detach the inner door trim.
4. Unthread the four screws securing the inner door assembly. Use a large flat-head screwdriver to help separate the inner door assembly from the outer door panel.
5. Now unthread the two mounting screws to release the old handle.
6. Follow the same step backward and install the new door handle.
We hope this solves your problem!

Remove vent cover then remove touch screen control panel. When you remove control panel take photo of where everything is plugged in then unplug and remove control panel. 3 door switches located next to door in a plastic chassis. Test each switch with current tester. Remove the bad switch and replace with the new one. You tube DIY helped.
First thing I dir was search YouTube for any related videos and found this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHj4H9Fdxrc, it was the exact problem my microwave was exhibiting. Once I verified the problem by troubleshooting, I removed the part and verified that the switches were working fine, the door latch assembly showed signs of wear which was the cause of the problem. After receiving the replacement part I installed it, verified that power was restored to the unit and reassembled the microwave, works fine, hope it lasts a long time!
