Built-in microwave will automatically turn on when the door shuts (when we are done reheating something), timer will sometimes fail to countdown, it will start to reheat/timer will countdown and then the microwave will randomly shut off, and there are times it acts like it’s not reheating (but is running).

It keeps blowing my fuse. What would cause that to happen? Fuse inside the unit. I put a new one in and it blows out. Could it be a bad capacitor or something else? I can put a new fuse in and plug it in the light inside powers up but as soon I hit start it blows my fuse.

Hello Randy, thank you for your inquiry. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the noise filter, part number PS8747022, to solve the problem. We hope that helps!
Sensors work when entering time, but there is no sound and no alert when cycle is completed. Otherwise working great!

Hello Nancy, thank you for your inquiry. Try unplugging the microwave for a few minutes and then plugging it back in. This can sometimes reset the settings and resolve the issue. If that does not help, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS2369251. We hope this solves your problem!
Microwave light sometimes doesn't turn on when I open the door. Sometimes, after hitting "start," the clock counts down but the microwave doesn't run and the light stays off. Other times, it seems to be running (sound and light on) but isn't heating the food.
These issues usually occur after a multi-minute cycle. For example, if I heat something for 3 minutes, then pull it out to stir and reheat for 1–2 minutes, I frequently encounter these problems after the initial 3-minute cycle.

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for your question. If you are unable to get the microwave to work, the electronic control board, part number PS2369251, will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!
the microwave performs perfectly, except we smell a oil ??odor from the underneath when it is cooking. Not a food smell, our dealer suggested that the transformer oil that cooled it was leaking out. So I am assuming he is talking the magnatron, as the power supply transformer looks like the conventional wound wire design. Can you clarify. Thanks

Hi Dave, thank you for the question. The magnetron is the component in a microwave oven that generates the microwaves used for heating and cooking. It's a high-powered oscillator that converts electrical energy into microwave radiation. The magnetron does contain a small amount of oil for cooling purposes. The issue could be with the transformer, part number PS3419848. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I first removed the top plate above the microwave door (3 screws), then I removed the plate containing the buttons and clock. The microwave has 3 relay switches and they are in a little holder. The holder was too difficult to remove so I just removed the bottom switch and replaced. The microwave started right up.
was told buy a repair person to check the door micro switches as it was a common problem. removed the top plastic air grill to get access to the screw that holds in place the control cover. After unplugging the unit, i took out the (2) screws that held in the switches and removed them (3). One switch was a bit melted so i tested it with a 12 volt battery and it was bad. Ordered a new one from Part select and got it fast . Works great .
After unplugging the unit remove the control face buy removing the screws. All three door switchs are on a bracket on the left. Remove the two screws holding the bracket in place and pull out. Disconnect the wires from the three switches and test each switch indivually to determine the bad one. I used a multimeter set on ohms.Replace the bad switch with the new one and replace all the wires. Reassemble the unit and you are good to go.
