Where does the hose tube connect from the container?

Hi John, thank you for reaching out. We have researched and have not found any locking ring for the upper spray arm. However, there is a wash arm bearing, part number PS9492561, which secures and helps the spray arm to rotate freely. We hope this is what you were looking for!
