Get power failure code. Have checked all electrical and reset per instructions. Seems to go out at dry cycle

Hello Thomas, Thank you for the question. If the appliance was reset and did not fix the issue, you can check the outlet the appliance is plugged into. Make sure it is working properly and sending the correct voltage. If the Outlet is good, you may have a defective Board PartSelect Number PS6012231. We hope this helps!
Rinse only hasn’t worked for some time. Now normal wash won’t work. Power plus still works. Is this a circuit board issue.

I need to know how to order just one piece of the upper rack assembly. Due to a faulty design, one of the pins that holds one of the wheels on, broke off. I don’t need the entire assembly, just the part on the right side that the wheels snap on to. Thank you for your help.

Hello Brad, thank you for your inquiry. The manufacture has this set up that a complete rack is the only way to get the side pieces on the Upper Rack PS10065024. Good luck with your repair.
Hello, so the question of the day... We get power failure on occasion these days but more often than not it is error flashing on the display. Double checked all electrical. It is good. Any suggestions?

Hi Dqve, thank you for the question. According to our research, we suggest you reset the dishwasher. Firstly, hold down the cancel button for at least 3 seconds. Wait 5 minutes before turning the dishwasher back on. Switch off the circuit breaker if turning the dishwasher off doesn’t work. Return power to the dishwasher after 5 minutes. If the issue remains, the control board, part number PS12365809, is probably defective. Thank you for the inquiry, good luck with the repair!
Hello Terry, Thank you for the question. We suggest starting by checking for any build up in the filters and sump. Make sure the Spray Arms have a good water flow and are secure. The sound could be an indication the Circulation Pump is failing. We hope this helps!
Repair was simple. I unscrewed the old grommet which held the old spray arm and screwed-on the new one. About 30 seconds was required. Other people having this problem should note that the spray-arm is made of three pieces which are inseparable when the arm is new. The arm is sold in this form. However, when your machine is having the problem that the arm falls off, the three pieces become separate. When you want to replace the spray arm, only one new part needs to be ordered because this part encompases all three components.
Remove the bottom cover plate. Disconnect the water inlet and black rubber hose. Remove 2 mounting screws. Pull out electrical connector. Reverse order. Be sure to get the brass inlet connector really tight so it won't leak. I did the final tightning after the part is mounted. Not a bad repair at all. The only problem was that it leaked in the first place and messed up my subfloor and laminate flooring.
