The door to the soft freeze zone broke where the door connects to the unit. The part that plugs in and turns broke off. I don't need the whole unit of 48c, just the door. I can't see how to order that.

why is there water coming from unserneath the freezer
For model number FGFU19F6QFC

Hi Spencer, thank you for contacting us. Ensure that the defrost drain has not been clogged. If it is fine, the issue could be with the drain pan, part number PS2332150. The pan underneath the unit that catches defrost water may be cracked or misaligned, allowing water to spill directly onto the floor. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
