Hello Ronald, thank you for your inquiry. Make sure you are not overloading the washer. Also check the leveling feet and make sure all 4 are in firm contact with the floor. If this is not the issue, we would recommend replacing the balance ring, part number PS12176474. Good luck with your repair!
Washer always sounds like load is unbalanced and will not run through spin cycle. What part is broke?

I accidentally broke the glass on my lid. Can I just order the glass or do I need to order the entire lid?

Hi Gary, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the drive belt first. If it is fine, the issue could be with the clutch body, part number PS12585163. It drives the agitator and spins the basket in the washer. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Unscrewed the top of the washer after disconnecting the hoses. Tipped the matching on its back. Places a 2x4 underneath the tub to release the tension on the rods, then just popped the old one out and put the new one in. Tipped the machine back up and reconnected everything.
